Your account

Member accounts are free. Verify your email using a private, one-use link, valid for 15 minutes in the browser that requested it. You can then choose a username and password in My Account and use them for future sign-ins. Email sign-in remains available for recovery. Keep access to your email account secure. A member account does not give permission to use the Ironbark brand or sell branded products. Seller applications require separate written permission from Paul.

What you buy

One More Ride by Paul BLUME is one digital MP3 priced at A$7.50 AUD. No physical item or postage is included. The amount shown at checkout is the total charged by this site. PayPal or your bank may apply their own currency or service charges. A purchase provides personal listening access to the file; it does not transfer copyright or grant rights to redistribute, resell, broadcast, commercially perform, remix, synchronise or licence the recording.

Payment and delivery

PayPal payment must be completed and verified by our server. Returning from PayPal alone does not prove payment. You can recheck a pending payment from My Downloads. Bank-transfer orders require Paul to confirm actual receipt. A transfer claim or email alone does not unlock a download. Do not transfer money until an order has been created and a unique reference displayed.

After confirmed payment, My Downloads provides a private MP3 link. Access lasts 72 hours from confirmation with up to five downloads. Keep a backup of your downloaded file. You need an internet connection and an MP3-compatible player. If access fails, expires before you can download, or a file is corrupt, contact Paul with your order reference for help or restored access.

Refunds and consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. If the file is faulty, not as described, or not supplied, contact Paul so the issue can be assessed and the applicable remedy provided. The download window and count do not remove your consumer rights. Request other refunds or assistance by email; include your order reference, problem and preferred contact details. Do not send bank passwords or complete card details.

Safety and fair use

Use only your own account and payment method with permission. Do not share sign-in or download links, try to access another buyer’s orders, or submit false payment claims. Access may be restricted for abuse, fraud or revoked/refunded payment, subject to applicable consumer rights.

Records and changes

Your order records the terms version accepted, item, AUD amount, payment status and download access. Future changes apply to future orders; they do not retrospectively remove your existing rights. Read the privacy notice for how data is handled.
